Nothing is shipped

PYC Navratri passes are digital. We do not sell or ship physical products, and no shipping or delivery charge is added: the price at checkout is the full amount you pay.

How your pass reaches you

After a successful payment, your pass voucher is sent on WhatsApp to the number you booked with, from PYC Navratri’s WhatsApp, +91 94089 08085. It normally arrives within a minute, and always within 24 hours.

On the night

Show the voucher at the box office at the festive entry of M K Farm house, Super City Road, Near Science City, S.P. Ring Road, Bhadaj, Ahmedabad, on the night you booked. Gates open 7:30 PM.

If your voucher has not arrived

Check the WhatsApp number you booked with. If there is still nothing, message +91 94089 08085 or write to team@pyccommunity.com with your name and payment ID. We will re-send the voucher, or refund the payment in full if the booking could not be made. You can also reach Neel Panchal at neel@pyccommunity.com.
