Terms of entry & booking

The short, plain version. The full legal terms are being finalised and will be published here before booking opens at scale.

• Passes are per person, per night, and valid only for the night they are issued for.
• Children aged 5 and under enter free with age proof at the gate; age 6 and above needs a pass.
• Gates open 7:30 PM and garba runs till 12:00 AM (IST) on all nine nights, 11 to 19 October 2026.
• Your pass voucher arrives on WhatsApp after payment and must be shown at the box office for entry.
• Entry is subject to security checks and the organisers’ house rules on the ground.
